Over the next 3 weeks, I lost my home, a significant romantic relationship, two close friendships, my co-parenting arrangement, and a full-time client. More clearing- ugh!

Around that time, I started tapping into a community of conscious creators. Supporting and being supported by these creative, conscious, and leveled-up folks helped me to emerge from the darkness and have several profound realizations that got me here.  

I had been so fixated on clearing out the past, and swimming around in the shadows that I didn’t have time for the creation. I also realized that I couldn’t wait around to be fully “empty” or “perfected”- “the time to step into my magic is now!”

And so I did! From that shifted mindset, Open Space Design quadrupled its impact and profit in two months and profit in 2 months, On Purpose Coaching and On Purpose Collective have emerged, a magical retreat is about to be announced, as well as a surprise offering that I will share over time. 

The founding belief behind On Purpose Coaching and Collective is that you have unique magic that you’re here to create in the world. Maybe you know exactly what it is, and maybe you don’t. Most of us spend the majority of our lives waiting for the “right” time to step into it. But you don’t need to wait any longer! 

You could go at it alone, struggling and fighting the way that I did! But why not get the support and community that you deserve (and do it all much faster!) 

On Purpose Coaching and Collective is here to support you with community, coaching, and other services, to step fully into your unique magic, with the backing of the collective, to manifest whatever you are here to create! Don’t wait another day to make a big impact and step into your happiest, most vibrant, financially abundant, joyful, aligned and embodied self.

I do things differently.

I use a combo of intuition, strategy, and play to support you in getting connected to your inner wisdom and getting where you’re trying to go. I have formal training as a mindfulness instructor, Somatica Sex and Relationship coach, and I am also a practiced licensed social worker. I have several advanced degrees from Harvard (in case you are into that). I have worked as a business coach and consultant, as well as business manager and sales director for 10 years. I have worked with small businesses, creatives, start-ups, mission-driven organizations, and entrepreneurs. I have a LOT of energy and experience with businesses, humans, and hearts. I like to get to know my clients and explore together what is needed. I am not a specialist in marketing, sales, or social media. Instead, I am more like a partner in business or life. I support you by getting in it (whatever it is!) with you and not leaving your side until you’ve arrived where you are meant to be.

• I have bachelors degrees in Sociology and Studio Art

• An MA in Social Work from Harvard Graduate School of Education

• Formal certification and training as a Social Justice informed mindfulness instructor from East Bay Meditation Center and 1:1 training with private instructor Tempel Smith and Spring Washam.

• I am a trained Somatica Sex and Relationship coach

• I have 10 years of professional experience working in business as a business owner, a business Coach and Consultant, Business Manager, Sales Director, and DEI Director. I have worked primarily with small mission-driven businesses, creatives, healers, and start-ups.
